Refund Cancellation
Thank you for choosing H Square Living for your accommodation needs. We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Please take note of our refund policy, designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for everyone.
2.3 Individual Reservations
2.3.1 Non-refundable: Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time is non-refundable.
2.3.2 50% Refund: Cancellation made before 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time is eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
2.3.3 Full Refund: Cancellation made 3 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in time is eligible for a full refund of the total reservation amount.
2.3.4 Accepted Method of Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, guests are required to send an email to support@hsquareliving.com with their booking details. The cancellation will be considered effective upon the receipt and acknowledgment of the email.
No-Show Policy
Guests failing to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be marked as a "no-show." In such instances, the full reservation amount will be charged, and the room will be held until 4 hours past the designated check-in time. Subsequent to this period, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided. We kindly ask guests to notify us in advance if there are any changes to their arrival plans to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Early Check-in/out : In the event of early check-out, guests will be charged for the full reserved stay. No refunds will be issued for unused nights. Early check-in is based upon availability. While we cannot guarantee early check-in, guests are encouraged to use the common areas and facilities until their room is ready.
Violation of Hotel Policies:
In the event of any breach of hotel policies or guest responsibilities, including but not limited to the consumption of alcohol or smoking in designated non-smoking areas, causing disturbances, or engaging in any inappropriate behavior, H Square Living retains the authority to promptly terminate the guest's stay without issuing a refund.
Extenuating Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as the unfortunate event of the passing of an immediate family member. H Square Living may require documentation to facilitate the refund process in such cases.
Reservation Modifications
Guests are encouraged to make modifications to their reservation dates, contingent upon availability and any relevant rate adjustments. For assistance in modifying reservations, please reach out to our dedicated reservations team.
Alternatively, guests can conveniently visit our website at www.hsquareliving.com or access our mobile app. Navigate to the reservation section and utilize the "Modify Booking" feature to make any desired changes to their booking.
